be completed and faxed back to our office with the

by email. We are able to design an advert on your behalf
should you require. Once your application has been been
approved you will be invoiced and your advert will be
uploaded on receipt of payment. |

| Corporate Banner Advert |
| This is the banner that appears on the
opening page of our website. The advert size is 960 pixels wide by 100 pixels
high and the artwork must be supplied in jpeg or gif
format. Rotating adverts are allowed. You will also get
a standard listing on the page of your choice. Rate on
application. |

| Page Banner Adverts |
| There are two sizes of page banner
adverts 300 pixels x 150 pixels or 600 pixels x 150
pixels. The artwork must be supplied in jpeg or
gif format. Rotating banner adverts are allowed. You
will also get a standard listing on the page that your
